An opportunity exists for a experienced Practice Manager to join a well established and respected GP practice located in Wahroonga. Our accredited family practice is dedicated to providing families with personalised, professional and high quality healthcare.

We are looking for a hard-working individual that poses strong leadership skills with a passion for health care and has a strong background in GP management. This is a 9am - 5pm part time position over 4 days a week however slightly negotiable for the right candidate.
The successful candidate must be confident and focused on providing a high level practice management support including implement policies and procedures, knowledge of Medicare item numbers including claiming and adjusting, On boarding staff, setting KPI’s and budgeting, conducting regular staff training clinical and non clinical and oversee the day-to-day general operations whilst ensuring the practice is running in accordance with the 5th accreditation standards.

You Will Have

Previous GP practice management experience

Undersatnding of the standards and Accreditation experience

Experienced using Best Practice

Ability to work autonomously

Strong ability to multi-task a must

Energy and enthusiasm

Empathy and patience

Great understanding of MBS item number

Ability to work well under pressure.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Proficient computer skills .

Team player.
