About the role

As a Part-time Practice , you will play a vital role in driving the operational excellence of our healthcare practice. This pivotal position involves overseeing the day-to-day administration, financial management, and strategic planning to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our practice. Based in the beautiful seaside town of Terrigal, NSW, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving healthcare business.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all administrative functions of the practice, including staffing, scheduling, and record-keeping

Oversee the financial management of the practice, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting

Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards

Liaise with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of patient care

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and development of the practice

Foster a positive, patient-centric work environment and lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare practice management or similar role

Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, policies, and best practices

Excellent financial management and budgeting skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in using healthcare-specific software and technologies
