Leffler Leather have been supplying leather and related components for over 90 years. We proudly service the leathercraft, shoe care & repair, upholstery and saddlery sectors. We are looking for a new team player to help process our customer orders with care and attention.

About the role

Reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, your main duties will include:

Picking and packing products with speed and accuracy

Interaction with ERP system to access workflow and manage sales orders

Communicating with customers

Data entry of consignments into the transport system

Processing of EFT payments

Some small assembly and production jobs as needed including machine operation (training provided)

Assisting in general warehouse tasks including storage, refill and labelling

Adhering to workplace policies and procedures including safety policies

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous order picking and packing experience

Previous customer service experience

Strong English skills - written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Ability to follow instructions and direction

Good attention to detail

Accurate data entry skills

Forklift licence and experience desirable but not essential
