Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading home improvement and trade materials centre to find an enthusiastic Front Counter/Warehouse Team Member. This role offers variety, combining front counter sales and customer service with warehouse operations. You’ll assist customers with their purchases, provide expert product advice, and contribute to the efficient handling of inventory in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, process sales, and handle enquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Provide tailored product recommendations for trade and DIY projects.
• Maintain a clean and organised front counter and showroom area.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and stock inventory, ensuring proper organisation and stock rotation.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if required).
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support the broader team as needed.

What do you need?

• Fluent in Mandarin
• Previous experience in a warehouse, trades, or home improvement environment
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) is highly regarded.
