We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Warehouse professional in an exciting role in a full-time capacity

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Supervision of employee’s team of 5, ensuring compliance with business processes and expectations

Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Manage labour to ensure it meets both client and business specifications.

Lead, train and motivate all warehouse staff.

Work collaboratively with our customer service team and management to ensure we are achieving operational excellence.

Assign and delegate tasks to balance workload distribution.

Ensure efficient and accurate picking and packing of sales orders.

Manage and monitor all inventory and stock levels.

Assist with stock discrepancies and investigations as or if required.

Liaise with different transport companies to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Assist in measures to increase warehouse productivity and improve warehouse processes.

Be aware of Health and Safety issues to ensure safe work practices and environment.

Regularly review warehouse equipment and supplies, arranging for repairs and replacements as necessary.

Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing warehouse culture.

General cleanliness and warehouse organization

What we are looking for:

Previous warehousing and logistics experience

A valid driver’s license & Forklift License (LF & LO) Reach Experience

Strong leadership experience within warehouse environment is desired.

Experience working with clients, providing a high level of service and issue resolution.

Proficient in using warehouse management systems.

Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload

Excellent communication skills, both with team members and clients.

Hands-on warehouse experience, with a strong focus on team and process management.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and constant evolving business needs

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find practical solutions

A high regard for safety with a commitment to providing safe work practices and processes
