We are currently seeking an experienced self-motivated and proactive administration assistant to join our professional team and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the office.

For the right candidate, this position will be a launch pad into other opportunities within the business that will help further develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing incoming calls and email queries

Welcoming visitors to the office

Basic bookkeeping and record management using Xero

Basic Project Management. E.g, organising contractors and registering projects

Managing internal IT communication

Updating project management software- Monday.com

Assisting with generating content for social media platforms.

Organising social events as part of the social committee

Schedule meetings and manage work calendars

Providing administrative support with various ad hoc duties, as required by the seniors.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

Display initiative, can multitask and work well alone or with minimal supervision

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or phone-based role

Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced admin role

Experience with Monday.com- desired but not essential

Hold a current driver's license- Required

Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external parties.

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Basic software skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Basic experience with accounting software eg: Xero is desirable.

Basic understanding of social media is desirable.

Must hold an Australian Citizenship
