The Role
Administration & Office Support this role is not for the faint-hearted... your days will fly!
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our friendly team who is passionate about customer service. You will need to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.
Reporting to our Communication & Business Manager.
Duties will include:
General administration work
Invoicing customers
Assistance to our key managers
What you bring to the Role:
Minimum 2 years' Experience in Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Phone Etiquette
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and supporting senior management
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Shopify, Xero and Monday.com, with the ability to manage system configurations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Must have permanent right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment checks
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
