What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP in an English-style gastro pub.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen management.
Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create outstanding dishes.
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to execute menu planning and maintain consistency.
A keen eye for detail, with a positive and proactive approach.
Leadership skills to foster a creative and organised kitchen environment.
Excellent organisational abilities, adaptability to a fast-paced setting, and experience in running the pass and service.
