THE COMPANY

We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing NSW irrigation business with over 75 employees that delivers innovative Irrigation solutions for both residential and commercial projects.

With a proven track record in irrigation, pumping, plumbing, filtration, water treatment, water harvesting, stormwater improvement, turf drainage, and turf renovation.

This company is trusted by councils, tier 1 builders, and private clients across NSW with projects typically valued at $1m - $2m, with others reaching $10mil!

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now seeking a Project Manager with a sharp eye for detail, technical know-how, and a proactive approach to deliver, multi-disciplinary residential and Commercial projects.

Reporting into a general manager while overseeing multiple current and future major Sydney projects with a successful management team.

You will operate from the office typically 3 days a week, and travel to manage these iconic projects the other 2 days.

THE ROLE

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Program and schedule resources for each project
• Procurement of materials and resources
• Coordinate diverse construction teams
• Oversee Foreman
• Liaise with Engineers, clients and Councils
• Report into a General Manager
• Budgeting and financial forecasting

BACKGROUND

• 2-3 years as a Project Manager
• Certificate III in Irrigation Technology (preferable)
• Relevant qualification in Project Management / Civil Engineering (considered)
• A positive and up-beat attitude to work
