Joining this project you will work in an autonomous role across your own building and be supported, mentored and trained by both the Project Manager and SPE to achieve project milestone.

The Position

Their projects are worth between $5m - $40M and the scope of work is subdivision which include excavation, utilities / drainage and road works.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer and working alongside other engineers you will assist and support the project from a design and coordination perspective.

The Site Engineer will receive a salary circa $100k - $110k base and the Project Engineer circ $120k - $140k base depending on level of experience and be given the opportunity to fast track your career by overseeing you own scope of work across the project

Ideal background / deliverables

• Have completed a tertiary qualification in construction/project management and have demonstrated experience working for a civil contractor
• Help manage programme to meet project milestones (this includes safety and quality)
• Ability to liaise with all stakeholders, particularly the consultants and sub-contractors
• Understanding of WHS and Environmental legislation and Quality Assurance requirements.
• A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of high performance that consistently delivers results and behavior that exceed expectations
• Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
