About the role

Auscor Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our team in Canning Vale, WA for a period of 3-4 weeks full-time. This position will involve utilising your technical drafting skills to support the Engineering department in delivering critical projects.

What you'll be doing

Producing detailed engineering drawings and documentation using CAD software

Interpreting design specifications and technical requirements to create accurate drawings

Liaising with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to understand and execute project requirements

Ensuring all drawings and documentation comply with relevant standards and regulations

Assisting with the development and maintenance of drafting templates and libraries

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Engineering Drafting or a related field

2+ years' experience as a Draftsperson in a similar engineering environment

Proficient in the use of AutoCAD

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the engineering team

Sound knowledge of engineering principles and drafting conventions
