The Opportunity:

We're seeking skilled Draftspersons with a strong background in cabinet making and strong proficiency in Cabinet Vision or Microvellum software. These roles are hands-on, fast-paced, and offer the chance to work on exciting, diverse projects across Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft accurate and build-ready shop drawings using Cabinet Vision or Microvellum

Prepare detailed cutting lists, part lists, and CNC-ready files for factory use

Liaise with clients, designers, and internal production teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Interpret architectural and interior plans for residential and commercial joinery

Provide design solutions and resolve technical issues in the drafting phase

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience using Cabinet Vision or Microvellum in a cabinet making environment

Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and manufacturing processes

Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings with precision

A trade qualification in Cabinet Making is highly regarded

Attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills
