About the role

As the part-time Marketing Manager at Newy Distillery Pty Ltd, you'll play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. Based in Edgeworth NSW 2285, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Newy Distillery brand and products.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales

Creating and managing engaging content across the company's digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing

Collaborating with the management and production teams to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns

Analysing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain competitive

Managing and coordinating the work of any external marketing agencies or freelancers

Contributing to the overall business strategy and objective setting

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the marketing industry

Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and web analytics

A keen eye for design and a good understanding of branding principles

Familiarity with the FMCG or beverage industry is desirable
