Work Ready Recruitment is on the lookout for a highly organised Property Management Admin Assistant to join a professional team managing industrial, retail, and commercial properties. If you're detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced admin role — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records including leases, insurance, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors for timely follow-up.
• Support the Property Manager with a variety of administrative and operational duties.

What We're Looking For:

• An interest in property management, real estate, or administrative support (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
• A proactive attitude with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

No experience is required, however an interest in property management is essential! We are looking for someone with a good attitude and commitment to building a career!
