He’s looking for someone smart, curious and action-oriented to join his team as his Marketing Executive. This is a hands-on role where you'll be right at the heart of the practice - helping Bryan connect with the right people, craft the right messages and create opportunities that move the needle.
You’ll work closely with Bryan to bring his thought leadership, products and ideas to life - not just through smart marketing campaigns, but through meaningful touchpoints with current and future clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and strengthening Bryan’s brand and positioning in the market, ensuring his voice stays clear, relevant and influential.

This is a work-from-home part-time role (20 hours per week) with flexible hours, ideally suited to someone with 5 - 10 years’ experience in marketing, client engagement and professional services, who is confident in managing multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks aligned to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
• Help execute direct marketing and lead nurturing initiatives
• Manage CRM campaigns and track performance metrics
• Oversee basic website updates and coordinate marcomms activities
Content & Communications
• Assist with content marketing: blogs, case studies, podcasts, videos
• Write and proof marketing content (campaigns, EDMs, proposals)
• Collaborate on LinkedIn and social media strategy — supporting content planning, scheduling and campaign execution
• Support branding efforts including visual assets, messaging, and design briefs
Client Growth & Relationship Support
• Identify and prioritise leads; support and maintain a sales funnel
• Suggest angles/pitches and assist with proposals and presentations
• Grow current and past clients by recommending new approaches or services
• Maintain a strong feedback loop to support ongoing business development
Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience in business development, marketing or client services
· Strategic thinker with a hands-on, get-things-done attitude
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
· Confident in client-facing conversations, presentations, and follow-ups
· Strong copywriting and editing capabilities
· Understanding of marketing platforms, CRMs and digital tools
· Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a flexible environment
· Open to learning, feedback and training - with a growth mindset and willingness to
adapt
