They’re on the lookout for a Meta-savvy Paid Performance Specialist who can make magic happen behind the scenes. You’ll team up with our Senior Paid Performance Specialist to bring purpose-led campaigns to life across Meta and Google Ads – and if you’re curious about TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube, even better. If you get a thrill from tweaking budgets, split-testing creatives and watching those ROAS numbers climb… this is your happy place.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Building and optimising (mostly) Meta & (some) Google campaigns like a boss, you’ll own the process from strategy through to reporting and actually see the impact of your work
Turning data into stories, spreadsheets into strategy, using Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics and DashThis to uncover insights that drive results
Running smart, scalable, scroll-stopping campaigns and staying across platform updates so you're always one step ahead
Collaborating with in-house content, creative and SEO legends, making sure every campaign is aligned, on-brand and packs a punch
Testing new ideas, learning fast and bringing a curious, ‘what if?’ mindset to everything you do
Tracking performance, spotting opportunities and continuously refining your approach
Jumping into team chats and client calls to share wins, insights and the occasional spicy meme
You’ll crush this role if:
Meta Business Manager is your playground, you know how to build campaigns that convert, troubleshoot pixel issues and navigate the backend like it’s second nature
You’re fluent in ad data, ROAS, CTR, CPA don’t scare you… they excite you. You can interpret performance metrics and translate them into smart actions
You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience, ideally in a digital agency or fast-paced environment where you juggled multiple clients and deadlines without breaking a sweat
You’re curious and creative, you love testing new strategies, trying new formats and bringing fresh ideas to the table (even if they don’t all work, you learn and move on)
You’re process-driven, but flexible, you like a good SOP but you’re also agile enough to pivot when priorities shift
You’re a natural communicator, whether it’s a client report, a team brainstorm or a Slack update, you know how to keep things clear, concise and upbeat
You’re all about growth, yours, the team's and the clients’. You’re not just here to run ads, you want to help shape strategy, build brands and make a difference
