WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage and optimize Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest ads daily.

Crush KPIs across ROAS, MER, CPA, and CVR — with no excuses.

Run A/B tests to improve copy, creatives, and landing page performance.

Partner with Creative to ensure assets hit the mark for engagement and conversion.

Report what matters: deliver clear insights and performance recommendations.

Keep us future-ready by trialling new tools, strategies, and automation techniques.

Support a Digital Marketing Coordinator — no fluff, just execution guidance.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re not just “interested” in digital marketing — you live in Ads Manager and GA4. You know how to dissect data, scale what works, and kill what doesn’t. You’ve probably worked in eCommerce or retail, and you understand how to convert browsers into buyers at scale.

You bring:

3–5 years in performance marketing across Google & Meta (TikTok a bonus).

Mastery of GA4, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools.

A bias for action. You take ownership, follow through, and deliver outcomes.

A collaborative mindset — you know how to get the best out of a creative team.
