Roasting Warehouse is a local favourite in North Melbourne with a great team doing interesting food. We require a full time qualified and experienced Chef to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, passionate and experienced in a variety of cuisines.

The role includes the following responsibilities

Menu planning, estimating food and labour costs

Preparing and cooking menu items

Training and supervision of apprentices and less experienced staff

Adhering to, explaining and enforcing of hygiene regulations

Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

Delegation of tasks to other team members

Supervise Cooks and assist as requested

Monitor food stock and place orders
