Meat Flour wine Braeside has finally re opened the doors after a devastating fire that occurred in January 2024. We are so excited to be reopening with a brand new look, state of the art kitchen and experienced team to drive our customer experience to new heights.

We are seeking a strong and well versed Chef De Partie to join our team at Meat Flour Wine in Braeside.

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of our busy kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You’ll be:

Running your own section with pride and precision

Prepping, cooking, and plating food to perfection

Working with quality produce and creative menus

Helping train and support junior chefs

Keeping things clean, consistent, and calm under pressure

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent in a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen

A passion for creating and delivering exceptional food

Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A recognised culinary qualification or certificate

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
