The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority is seeking a strategic and driven project manager to lead compliance initiatives that help preserve one of the world's most iconic natural wonders.

As Manager, Compliance Projects, you’ll play a key role in the Reef Joint Field Management Program—an Australian and Queensland Government initiative—by designing and delivering projects that enhance compliance effectiveness and promote voluntary adherence to legislation protecting the Reef.

You are a lateral thinker with a strong grasp of governance, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You thrive in complex environments and can translate data into clear, actionable insights. You’re confident preparing compelling reports and business cases, and you bring a collaborative mindset to every project.
