Compliance & Project Administrator

About the Role

Due to significant regulatory changes across the medical sector, this newly created position will support critical compliance and legislative projects across multiple states. As Compliance & Project Administrator, you’ll work closely with the national Compliance Manager to support document control, manage compliance projects from end to end, and contribute to the organisation’s readiness for upcoming regulatory shifts.

The role will suit someone with a strong administrative foundation and an eye for detail, who enjoys taking ownership of projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring critical information is well-organised, tracked and delivered.

About You

• Strong administrative or project coordination background, ideally from a government, regulatory or health-related setting
• Confident managing compliance documentation, version control, and process updates
• Able to take a hands-on, proactive approach to project milestones and communications
• Excellent written communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Comfortable engaging with state departments and internal teams
• Enjoys working in a collaborative head office environment with scope to build relationships across a national team
