Involved Marketing is a performance marketing agency based on the Gold Coast, servicing clients across Australia. We're expanding into Brisbane and have growth plans in place for the next three years.

We operate on a four-day work week.

The Role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee client communication and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Answer incoming calls from existing clients and address their questions

CRM Management: Update client records in our CRM system after all interactions

Project Coordination: Join new client calls, take notes, and ensure projects are delivered on time

Business Development: Identify potential new business opportunities

Quality Control: Maintain high service standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of account management experience

Strong communication skills

CRM system experience

Ability to manage multiple clients

Professional phone manner

Self-motivated and organised

Australian work authorisation

Four-day work week
