Major duties and responsibilities of the Store Manager/Retail Manager

 Determine Product mix, plan floor design, manage stock and inventory, organise merchandise &

ordering of required products.

 Do market research and monitor prices to stay ahead of our competitors.

 Develop new marketing plans & policies for the business.

 Ensure all Health and Safety policies are strictly followed by all employees and Management and implemented where required.

 Train new employees, motivate team members to achieve KPI's,and manage staff to ensure the highest standard of customer service is delivered on a day to day basis.

 Responsible for Operations within the restaurant.

 Plan & control the overall budget and achieve financial goals of the business.

 Perform customer service duties, operate cash drawer, and Service & Kitchen areas.
