About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated technician who’s confident working across a broad range of technologies. You’ll play a key role in managing support requests, delivering projects, and maintaining infrastructure for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support across desktop, server, and cloud environments

Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and 3CX

Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune

Perform maintenance and upgrades on server and network infrastructure

Handle escalated tickets and provide remote and onsite support

Assist with project delivery including client onboarding and infrastructure migrations

Maintain documentation and contribute to ongoing process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in Microsoft environments (365, Active Directory, Intune, Azure AD)

Solid understanding of Windows Server and networking fundamentals

Proven experience with 3CX or other VoIP systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Full Australian work rights and a current driver's licence

Nice to Have

MSP or RMM experience

Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-104, MD-102)

Familiarity with backup solutions, firewalls, and endpoint security tools
