Based in Canning Vale, Tomlinson Energy Service Western Australia specializes in the industrial steam boiler, industrial gas fitting, combustion and hot water markets. Products and services range from small to large packaged gas fired boilers, industrial furnaces, driers, high temperature hot water heaters, burner and valve products, commissioning, regular maintenance and breakdown service.

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and planning the daily activities of our Field Service Technicians. Your focus will be on optimising technician productivity, ensuring first-time fixes, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Technician Coordination: Directly coordinate and plan the daily activities of all Field Service Technicians. Schedule work to ensure the right technician is dispatched for reactive and planned calls.
• Customer Service Excellence: Adhere to national standard processes and customer-specific processes. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a first-call resolution mindset.
• Problem-Solving: Assess and solve problems, addressing underlying causes to prevent recurrence.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enhance activities as customer and business requirements evolve
