About the role

Join the dynamic IT team at Screwloose as an IT Support Technician. This full-time position is based in our modern office in Osborne Park, WA and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our client-facing technology services.

What you'll be doing

Provide efficient and friendly technical support to our clients, addressing hardware, software and connectivity issues

Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT problems in a timely manner

Maintain and update computer systems, networks and other IT infrastructure

Coordinate with external vendors and IT partners as needed

Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT environment and processes

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with users at all levels

Working knowledge of hardware, software, networking and Windows desktop support

Familiarity with IT service management best practices

Enthusiasm for keeping up with the latest technology trends and innovations

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

A strong understanding of Networking, DNS, Group Policy, Office 365, Azure AD and Sharepoint is an absolute must for this role and a strong working knowledge of MS Intune would be highly regarded.
