We are a well-established publisher of specialist hotel room media, including magazines, caravanner publications, hotel directories and a growing range of digital products. We are currently seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our business development team.

About the Role

This is a travel-based position suited to someone who enjoys variety, meeting new people, and thinking on their feet. In this role, you will:

· Travel across Australia and internationally to visit existing clients

· Renew advertising agreements and create new business opportunities

· Work independently with minimal supervision

· Use mobile devices to take orders, plan your days, submit reports and upload advertising content

This role suits someone who is solutions-focused, confident in unfamiliar situations, and excited by the idea of working on the road. It is ideal for someone who thrives in changing environments and enjoys the freedom to manage their own schedule.

What we’re looking for:

· A positive, energetic attitude

· Excellent personal presentation

· Clear communication skills, both spoken and written

· Confidence using computers and mobile technology

· Previous experience in sales, media, or customer service

· A willingness to travel frequently, including multi-day and occasional extended trips

· A valid driver's licence and comfort with longer drives when needed

· A valid passport or eligibility to obtain one

· An interest in geography, travel, and other cultures

· A sense of fun and the ability to connect easily with people
