The Role:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced sales professional from the Ecommerce marketing game or agency experience. They need a hunter with proven sales experience who can show up, pitch and sell to clients. They need someone who can take control of the complete sales cycle at 360 degrees.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be:

• Booking and conducting meetings with prospective clients
• Identifying and qualifying new opportunities
• Creating and presenting new proposals
• Converting leads to contracted clients
• Maintain a robust pipeline that accurately records sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to improve sales performances

Who you are:

• Extensive digital agency or advertising experience, preferably 3+ years
• Proven track record of sales success with hitting or exceeding targets
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, making sure you can positively influence clients to win new business
• Keen eye for detail, being able to spot the best opportunities to bring the best results
• Ability to adapt and learn

• $90k-$115k base + Comms (OTE $245K) + Super
