THE ROLE
As Sales Representative, you’ll be based in their Brisbane (Yatala) and will focus purely on new business generation. You will:

• Prospect and win new business from builders, contractors, forestry, and mining companies.
• Demonstrate and sell equipment outright—no hire model.
• Own the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Liaise with internal product and delivery teams to support customers through the sales cycle.
• Represent a globally trusted brand with high availability and after-sales service.

This role is suited to someone who thrives on building a customer base from scratch and who enjoys being out in the field engaging directly with clients.

THE CANDIDATE

• Proven success in hunting for new business within construction, machinery, equipment or related sectors
• Experience selling either capital equipment or to the construction/industrial channel.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a willingness to be hands-on and visible in the market.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on solution-based selling.
• Comfortable working independently.

PACKAGE

• Base Salary: Up to 140k Base
• Car: Fully maintained vehicle
• Bonus: Competitive structure
