Quality and Education Specialist Aged Care

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality and Education professional to support clinical standards and staff development at a well-established, high-acuity aged care home. In this site-based role, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and clinical team to maintain best practices and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Quality and Clinical Governance Framework
• Lead internal audits and assist with accreditation preparation and outcomes
• Deliver education, onboarding and in-service clinical training
• Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address skill or compliance gaps
• Coach and mentor staff in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Review clinical data and support the implementation of improvement strategies

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience with quality systems, audits, and accreditation in aged care
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Ability to deliver engaging and relevant staff education
• Sound clinical skills and ability to interpret clinical indicators
