About the Role

We are currently seeking a Training Delivery Specialist to deliver both instructor-led and virtual training courses supporting a critical Defence logistics information system. In this role, you'll play a hands-on part in empowering Defence personnel through structured, engaging, and compliant training aligned with adult learning principles and Defence frameworks.

This position is suited to a confident facilitator who thrives in structured environments, values precision, and is comfortable working within a Defence setting. You'll manage training schedules, assess learner outcomes, and provide timely reporting in close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led and virtual training in line with approved Learning Management Packages (LMPs)

Facilitate learning using Defence platforms such as LXP, Adele, and Microsoft Teams

Conduct learner assessments and report outcomes in accordance with Defence standards

Coordinate course scheduling and communicate with stakeholders

Prepare and distribute course joining instructions and post-training reports

Align all training delivery with SADL methodology and adult learning principles

Qualifications & Experience

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) – Desirable

Familiarity with SADL, DLM, and Defence learning systems – Desirable

Demonstrated experience delivering technical or Defence-related training

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and virtual facilitation

Skilled in platforms like LXP, Adele, and Microsoft Teams

Excellent communication and time management skills

AGSVA Baseline security clearance (or higher) – Required
