We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Clinical Quality & Improvement Manager to support quality systems and clinical governance across our services. This is a vital role in ensuring ongoing compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, coordinating training and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the lives of those we serve.
About the Role
Working closely with internal teams, you will:
• Monitor and support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
• Coordinate internal audits, maintain quality registers, and assist with accreditation preparation
• Maintain quality registers and track continuous improvement activities.
• Liaise with clinical and operational teams to ensure communication of quality issues
• Monitor and undertake incident reporting through the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS)
• Assist in preparing reports for the CEO and relevant Board committees.
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or equivalent in Health, Nursing, or Quality Management
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
• Experience in a clinical, aged care or quality support role
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks
• Exposure to audit and improvement planning (desirable)
