The Role

You'll oversee the operational excellence that enables our team to deliver unparalleled client experiences. From coordinating complex MDU installations in architecturally significant properties to ensuring our supply chain supports projects where precision and timing are paramount.

This role sits at the intersection of technical sophistication and relationship management – you'll work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and our internal team to navigate the intricacies of luxury automation projects. Success requires someone who thrives on solving both technical puzzles and interpersonal challenges with equal enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Operations Excellence – Coordinate sophisticated automation installations where brands like Crestron, Control4, and KNX must integrate seamlessly across residential and commercial environments, working patiently through complex technical challenges

Client Experience Standards – Ensure every operational touchpoint reflects our commitment to sophistication and technical excellence, building lasting relationships through genuine care and attention to detail

Process Optimisation – Develop and refine operational frameworks that scale with our growth trajectory while preserving our meticulous approach to quality

Collaborative Problem-Solving – Work closely with technicians, contractors, and clients to navigate project complexities, finding creative solutions that satisfy both technical requirements and client expectations

Profitability & Supply Chain Management – Monitor project margins and coordinate specialised equipment procurement, maintaining our premium standards while ensuring commercial success

Resource Planning – Coordinate technicians, apprentices, and specialist contractors across multiple concurrent installations

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3 years operations management experience in technology integration, construction, or premium service industries

Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships under pressure

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in both technical troubleshooting and interpersonal challenge resolution

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect with luxury residential and hospitality clients

Meticulous attention to detail and patience for working through intricate project requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with home automation, AV integration, or smart building technologies

Background in luxury residential or high-end hospitality operations

Understanding of electrical systems and low-voltage installations

Familiarity with premium brand standards and quality requirements
