All sorts Wyong is currently seeking to employ a motivated and enthusiastic 'Gym Manager' to join our team at All Sorts Wyong

Working closesly with the Owner and Site Manager, we are seeking a Gym Manager that is dedicated and passionate towards the Fitness Industry

All Sorts Wyong is a Family Friendly gym which is located on site at the Wyong Milk Factory.

We have seen a steady growth in our membership over the last 12 months throughout our Direct Debit, Fitness Passport and Upfront Members. We look to further grow into the future and are seeking a Manager with the correct skills to achieve this.

We appeal to a variety of fitness attendees with services such as Group Fitness Classes, Creche/Child Minding and 24/7 Access Gym Facility.

The position has been listed as Full Time, however we are willing to employ a Gym Manager on a Permenant Part Time Basis on a minimum of 4 day work week.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum 2 years experience working within a Gym Environment

Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Fitness Preferred but not essential

Experience in managing a team

Experience in a Sales based role is a bonus

Tasks & responsibilities

Rostering of Gym Staff

Managing of Group Fitness Timetable

Working along side Competent and Decicated Creche Manager

Managing of Gym Staff Performance

Ensuring Cleaning Contractor is meeting set expectations

Ensuring Gym Equipment is Working as per Purpose and maintained

Conducting Membership Promotions to further grow Gym Membership

Managing of Social Media Profiles
