Assistant Club Manager - Anytime Fitness

We are looking for our next superstar! If you are a goal-oriented, high achiever we want you to join our team as Assistant club manager at our amazing Nambucca Heads Anytime Fitness Club. We are offering 15hrs a week including Saturdays

As Assistant Club Manager, you'll wear many hats. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must! We want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members with your Club Manager.

You are also responsible for the success of the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Implementing Marketing Campaigns.

Execute all aspects of the sales & marketing process.

Lead Generation & Outreach with guidance from your Manager

Meeting monthly sales & performance targets.

Creating promotional partnerships & opportunities with your Manager

Membership Growth.

Build a relationship with all the members and know each by their first name .

Establish our kick-ass culture whereby members never want to leave.

Drive and manage the club's social media pages.

Manage administrative aspects of the business

Skills Required

BE HAPPY!

Excellent oral and written communication

Be naturally great with people

Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Good natural sales person - Min 1 years experience in a Sales Role required

Strong Listening skills and ability to be guided by your Manager

Good time management skills.

Be efficient!

Computer literate
