What will you be doing in this role:

• Support a top performing agent
• Prospecting – calls, door knocking and letter box drops
• Manage the database and follow up on leads
• Assist with appraisals, open homes, auctions, private inspections
• Buyer management and enquiries
• Pre settlement, valuations, building and pest inspections
• Prepare comparable sales documents
• Generate leads into the business

The right candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a sales associate or BDM role
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Drivers license and a reliable car
• Available to work Saturdays
• Immaculate presentation
• Confident on the phone and in person
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Resilient, motivated and eager to succeed
