About the role

We are seeking a driven and talented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at McGrath Estate Agents in Crows Nest, NSW. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our residential sales operations, working closely with our experienced agents to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in our Crows Nest office.

What you'll be doing

Assisting real estate agents with property viewings, open houses and client meetings

Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on local property trends and prices

Generating leads and following up with potential buyers and sellers

Preparing property listings, marketing materials and other sales documentation

Providing exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process

Collaborating with the broader team to achieve sales targets and support the growth of the business

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or a related customer service role

A strong understanding of the local property market and the ability to provide informed advice to clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

Proven sales and lead generation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to our clients
