💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Attending open homes and private inspections

Managing buyer enquiries and providing exceptional service

Prospecting for new clients through calls and database nurturing

Actively seeking and securing new listings and opportunities

Guiding clients through the sales process from start to finish

Assisting with settlement tasks – including pre-settlement inspections, client gifts, and key handovers

Maintaining and managing the agent’s buyer database

Supporting with general administration

Achieving personal and team KPIs

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

Previous real estate experience (highly regarded but not essential)

Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

Current driver’s licence and reliable car

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, well-organised, and proactive in generating new business

Tech-savvy with solid computer and CRM skills

A positive attitude and team-first mindset
