Our purpose-built one-level Campus is conveniently located at 4/120 Mulgoa Road, in one of the most popular commercial hubs in Penrith. There are seven local primary schools within 10 minutes' drive and a number of local parks just a short walk away. With plenty of onsite parking spaces, families can enjoy a straightforward drop off and pick up every visit. We are easily accessible by bus, with direct routes to the Penrith Train Station connecting us to the wider area.

This Penrith early learning centre enjoys two dedicated outdoor play areas, offering an array of opportunities for interactions with the natural world. Both spaces are resourced with vegetable gardens, flower bed gardens and vast shaded areas, covered naturally with mature trees and shade sails. Children have plenty of space to create, explore and lead their own play. Our six age-based indoor spaces have been designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements. Our children participate in explorative excursions and community connections within the local community.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong ECT or Diploma qualified advocate and leader to join the OAC family as Director of our state-of-the-art Penrith service.

You will be joining our organisation at an exciting time as we have just rolled out our CD training program for 2025. You will take part in a new initiative we are running to enable our Directors to become the ‘CEO of their Campus'.

As Centre Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a particular focus on our 5 key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. We will provide you with the tools, mentoring and technology to enable you to succeed in the role.

We want to support you through mentorship and training to take autonomy for running the business so you can take pride in your leadership style and develop your career. We hope to shape future OAC leaders and offer exciting internal progression opportunities within our education, pedagogy, safety and operations teams.
