Kiddiwinks Childcare Centres — proudly award-winning and family-owned — are growing again! We're thrilled to announce the opening of our newest, purpose-built centre in Marsden Park, and we're on the lookout for an inspirational Centre Director to lead this exciting new chapter.

At Kiddiwinks, we’re more than just childcare — we’re a passionate team of educators driven by love for early learning and a commitment to nurturing every child’s potential. Founded by two dedicated Early Childhood Teachers with over 20 years of experience, Kiddiwinks is built on trust, excellence, and heart.

Our new centre will cater for children aged 0–6 years and offer both long day care and preschool programs, all in a vibrant, supportive, and enriching environment.

Your Opportunity to Lead, Inspire, and Grow

We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced Director who is ready to take the reins of a beautiful, brand-new centre and make it their own. You’ll be supported by an experienced Area Manager and our friendly, hands-on Management Team, ensuring you always feel empowered, connected, and encouraged to thrive.

As our Centre Director, your role will include:

* Leading and mentoring a team of passionate educators

* Managing daily operations of the centre with care and confidence

* Building lasting relationships with families and the community

* Overseeing enrolments, tours, and family communications

* Managing rosters, budgets, stock orders, and audits

* Ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently met

* Using OWNA to manage CCS, rolls, IS claims, and bookings

* Coordinating meetings, food ordering, and programming

You are a warm, energetic, and organised leader who’s ready to create something amazing. You thrive in a supportive environment where your voice is heard, and your efforts are valued.

Essential Criteria:

* Diploma or ECT qualification

* Minimum 12 months experience in a Director role

* Deep knowledge of the EYLF and child development (0–6 years)

* Experience with both online and paper-based programming

* Current Working with Children Check & First Aid certificate

* Statement of Attainment in Child Protection

* Strong understanding of the Education and Care National Regulations

* Confident with compliance, policies, and leading teams

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
