About the Role & About YOU!

As Centre Director, you will be Diploma or ECT qualified and have previous experience as a Centre Director, running medium to large services.

You will be a passionate leader, with a strong drive for leading by example and have the ability to bring any team on the journey. You will be an engaging communicator, with an innate ability to build strong relationships with parents, children and community.

You'll have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage competing priorities very well.

You will be great at innovating, thinking outside the box and be resourceful.

Of course, you must also hold the relevant Certifications and Qualifications applicable to the industry, including a valid, paid WWCC.
