We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our growing service team.

About the Role

In this key role, you will bring your experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to support field operations and contribute to an exceptional service delivery experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or web.
• Verify contract entitlements and log service calls, dispatching engineers.
• Monitor service dashboards and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain the NetSuite service scheduler.
• Communicate changes in response times/ETAs to customers.
• Prepare customer quotations and convert them to sales orders.
• Provide monthly reports to service engineers on preventative maintenance progress.
• Issue compliance letters for accreditation purposes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 2-5 years in a similar service coordination role.
• Experience planning and scheduling field service engineers.
• Ability to prioritize urgent requests and ensure efficient service delivery.
