Neta Tires & Wheels is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing WA team.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Process orders and explore additional customer needs

Build rapport and deliver outstanding service to new and existing clients

Assist with warehouse support as needed

Maintain accurate records and contribute to CRM integrity

What You’ll Bring:

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

Physically fit, with a current and clean driver’s licence

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn

Experience in the tyre & wheel or automotive industry is a bonus, but not essential
