This is a varied and rewarding role that blends finance, administration, and student support. If you're tech-savvy, confident with Xero and Microsoft Office, and experienced in the education or training sector, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the day-to-day operations of a professional training organisation. Key duties include:

Handling phone enquiries, support tickets, and customer communication

Managing accounts payable/receivable and running weekly payroll using Xero

Coordinating inventory, shop orders, certificates, and general office logistics

Supporting the CEO with travel, meetings, and events

Responding to partner and student queries with care, accuracy, and follow-through

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in Xero, including payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation

Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience with student management systems or CRMs (e.g. SMS, aXcelerate, JobReady)

2–3+ years in a busy admin or support role, ideally in a training or education setting (e.g. RTO or provider)

A problem-solver who stays on top of follow-ups and enjoys process-driven work

A confident communicator who can manage varied stakeholders professionally

A Cert IV in Business Administration (or similar) is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome.
