With a strong emphasis on efficiency and organisational success, they are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team.

Your new role

As the Receptionist and Office Administrator, you will provide essential support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will span general office support, business administration, and executive assistance.

  • Managing reception duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
  • Handling mail collection, postage, and courier arrangements.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies (kitchen, stationery, etc.).
  • Ensuring office presentation and coordinating repairs as needed.
  • Setting up boardrooms/meeting spaces for meetings.
  • Managing expenses and invoices (foreign exchange contracts, corporate credit card payments, accounts payable/receivable).
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodation bookings for business travellers.
  • Maintaining administrative registers (office access cards, staff contact lists, etc.).
  • Organising events, functions, and catering when required.
  • Assisting with staff onboarding and exit procedures.
  • Handling additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Overseeing calendar management.
  • Organising flights, accommodation, travel applications, and expense settlements.
  • Managing executive expenses and invoices.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should possess strong organisational and communication skills, alongside proficiency in key systems and software. You will have previous corporate front of house / administration experience and be comfortable working in the office full-time, Monday-Friday.
