About the role

Bespoke Home Care is seeking an experienced Office All-rounder to join our team on a contract basis in our Perth office. As an Office All-rounder, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our administration and office operations. Whether it's managing our front desk, coordinating schedules, or assisting with various administrative tasks, your versatile skillset will be key to the success of our office. This role would suit someone who can work remotely, a couple of hours a day or 1 full eight-hour day of work per week.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-level administrative and clerical support to the broader team

Handling front desk and reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements

Maintaining and updating electronic and physical filing systems

Assisting with data entry, document preparation and other general office duties

Supporting special projects and events as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure

Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
