The Role We're seeking a detail-oriented Office All Rounder to manage our scheduling, customer relations, and operational systems. This is a pivotal role supporting our team of 18+ electricians, plumbers, and field technicians across our electrical, plumbing, and appliance divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling & Coordination - Manage technician schedules, time blocks, and job assignments
• Customer Relations - Handle customer communications, appointment bookings, and service coordination
• Simpro Management - Oversee job management system, technician tags, and workflow optimisation
• Stock Management - Coordinate inventory ordering, distribution, and supplier communications
• Administrative Support - Process quotes, invoices, and maintain operational documentation
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Simpro Experience Preferred - Hands-on experience with Simpro job management system preferrable, but not essential provided you have the ability to learn new programs without difficulty
• Customer Relations Experience - Proven track record in customer service and communication
• Scheduling Experience - Experience coordinating multiple technicians and managing complex schedules preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The ability to work as part of a team, jumping in to assist other staff when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an office coordination or similar role
• Must have permanent right to work in Australia
