NLLS are currently looking for a Payroll and Office Administrator, who takes pride in what they do with a passion for transport as much as we have.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Processing Employee Timesheets and entering data into Xero for payment.
Assist with start-to-end employee lifecycle, whilst maintaining confidentiality
Assist Management with Customer Invoicing & Customer Debtors.
Assisting with Customers and client queries over the phone and face to face
Admin Duties
Data Entry
Support and Communicate with our NLLS Management and Directors on industry best safe practices, investigations and other safety occurrences
Candidates must possess the following;
Great communication skills - communicating with fellow employees, customers/clients.
Great Organisational skills
Attention to detail & Ability to multitask
Be able to think on your feet & work within a team.
Must have Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Must have Knowledge in Xero Software.
Experience in Road Transport is highly favourable.
