Talenza have been engaged by a Queensland Energy provider to find a IT Support Engineer to work at their Kogan generation site. The successful candidate will be experienced in providing desktop support on site from a previous role within the Energy, Utilities, Mining or Heavy industries sector.

Requirements & responsibilities

• Follows safety, health, and environmental policies, identifies risks, reports concerns, and actively participates in toolbox talks
• Ensures work aligns with business outcomes, maintains high personal standards, meets goals efficiently, and seeks creative solutions to enhance operations
• Applies Microsoft technology expertise in network administration, help desk functions, and cyber security compliance, ensuring smooth IT operations
• Possesses experience in telecom systems, supporting infrastructure and communications, contributing to the efficiency of business operations
• Engages positively with change, promotes teamwork, builds strong internal relationships, and actively contributes to knowledge-sharing across the organisation
