We're partnering with a Manufacturing company with a strong presence across Australia. They are looking for additional team members to assist with several IT projects. This role will come with a permanent offer for the right candidate at the end of the contract engagement. Some of the role responsibilities include:

• Provide timely technical support to end users, including blue collar workers (truck drivers, site workers).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 applications.
• Assist with Networking (Meraki), Alert & Server Monitoring (VMware/ Hyper V), and Device Management (Intune).
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Details:

• Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday in the office.
• Possibility of extension or a permanent position at the end of the contract.
• Getting involved with IT projects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Level 2 Help Desk Support role.
• Decent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), and Office 365 suite (Intune), Networking and Servers.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
